Trade Offs

It's hard to tell where I've learned this concept more: JTBD and Bob Moesta, PLG onboarding and Ramli John, or Reforge growth + retention.

Either way - we're choosing where we'll run a project with an outside vendor. The whole company is on Atlassian + Confluence with lots of momentum and content. BUT - the wall of instructions and admin access required to add a "single space guest" means I'll make the trade off:

1. Use Basecamp - it's just easier to get started
2. Copy and paste all the important stuff back into Confluence.

I'm 100% sure it will require more time and energy - but today's decision is a trade-off to move forward quickly.
